Once your order is confirmed, it will be carefully packed and dispatched within a few business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your package every step of the way. When your package is out for delivery, UPS will provide real-time updates.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to customer error—such as an incorrect address or an unreachable phone number—the order will be returned to us. In such cases, the customer is responsible for all related shipping costs, including the return and any reshipping fees if the order is sent again.
If the customer refuses the shipment or cancels the order after dispatch, NOMAKEUP will issue a refund for the product(s) minus all handling and shipping fees. Refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days of receiving the returned items and a written request for refund.
